Significantly better life quality with continent ileostomy

A clinical trial is currently underway in collaboration between Akershus University Hospital, Oslo University Hospital and OstomyCure AS. The goal is to create a continent ileostomy with a continent mechanical valve with the help of a percutaneous implant that can be closed with a lid attached to the implant.
