The distribution agreement with In-Vivo Aps has been terminated and MediStim is in process of recruiting for a direct sales organization in Denmark.
Until the new subsidiary is formally established, the Danish customers are supported directly from the corporate headquarter in Oslo, Norway. MediStim is a Norwegian medical technology company that develops, produces and distribute equipment in cardiovascular and other fields of surgery, announces that they are establishing a subsidiary and sales force the Danish market.
In addition to MediStim's own products, the company plans to introduce 3rd party products and build a distribution company similar to the Norwegian subsidiary, MediStim KirOp AS. Read the pressrelease here.
