The program highlights the policies of both countries and underlines the crucial role of innovation in addressing health care supply and demand factors. The seminar will demonstrate that innovation in medical technology and in hospital processes are not necessarily opposed to costcontainment and budget constraints.

The speakers from Switzerland will present the innovative potential and the competitiveness of their industry. The focus of the speakers from Norway will be both on the innovation potential of hospitals and successful examples of the Norwegian Medtech Cluster. The participants will include Norwegian business and institutions interested in the field, as well as high level representatives from the relevant authorities.

The seminar will be concluded by a networking business luncheon on Friday, October 15.
