Jan A. Alfheim, Chief Business Officer (CBO) at Oslo Medtech
Jan’s role at Oslo Medtech is to assist Oslo Medtech’s members with their business and market development activities. One of the projects that he is currently involved with is the establishment of Oslo Medtech’s test bed facility.
Jan Alfheim has more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare and chemical industries. Before joining Oslo Medtech , he worked for the Norwegian cancer drug development company, Clavis Pharma ASA, as Chief Business Officer and a member of the senior management team. Prior to joining Clavis, Mr Alfheim spent seven years in Canada, as President of Stempath Inc. and as Director of Business Development at Neurochem Inc. He holds a M.Sc. in chemistry from Concordia University and a MBA from McGill University in Montreal.
