43 medtech companies, hospitals, finance-, knowledge and research institutions focusing on medical technology founded, and signed all up for membership, in Oslo Medtech.

Besides electing the board of Oslo Medtech (see own news article), the meeting debated and decided the founding documents for the organization, the main focus of the organization and the yearly membership fee, that was decided to 5000 NOK for 2010.
